3 bedroom, 2 bath rental rates - $837

• Minimum Credit Scores Apply
• Security Deposit from $350 up to one months rent (based on approved credit).
• A reservation deposit of $100 will be required to hold a unit and will be applied towards Security Deposit upon move-in.
• A $50 processing fee for each adult applicant will be required ($75 per married couple)
• Identification required
